OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERNAL DRAINING OF PANCREACTIVE PSEUDOCYST UNDER ENDOSCOPIC ULTRASONOGRAPHIC (EUS) - NAVIGATION

Purpose: to improve the surgical possibilities of patients with pancreatic cysts in the Republic of Kazakhstan, implementing the principles of organ preservation and minimally invasive.

Methods: an overview of the range of possibilities for a differentiated approach, the definition of indications and contraindications, the nature and extent of minimally invasive surgical intervention. The field of application is surgery.

The conclusion: Since radical operations with generated pseudocysts are extensive and traumatic, it is preferable to perform mini-invasive operations. EUS associated internal drainage significantly improves the results of treatment.
